I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Julianna! It all started when my roommate and I got unexpectedly kicked out of our place of rent in May 2021. We were scrambling last-minute to find another place to rent but it was extremely difficult during the time we were looking. We called and contacted so many different agents and owners and property managers about dozens of places, but to no avail. Until finally, I got a call back one morning from an agent who worked at the real estate group that I had contacted the day before about an available property. She left me a very kind and professional message about the property and also offered her help to us if we were still looking. Next thing I know, my roommate and I signed a contract to work with Julianna as our rental agent and it made our lives SO much easier not having to contact and coordinate with everyone ourselves. After that, we continued to look at place after place after place, but unfortunately due to the fact that we had pets and everyone else was looking for the same kind of rental in our neighborhood during that time, we had no luck. Then one day, while Julianna was giving us the umpteenth tour of whatever row house we wanted to look at (with NO complaints whatsoever), she asked me if I had ever considered buying. I immediately laughed, thinking there was no way I could afford a house at only 22 years of age. Julianna informed that there are a lot of programs in Baltimore to help first-time homebuyers, and if my parents were already willing to help out with a security deposit, then maybe they would be willing to help out with a down payment. Long story short, if it wasn't for Julianna, I wouldn't have become a homeowner in the neighborhood I love just a couple months later. She helped us out in a time when we really needed it and no one else was nearly as generous and kind with their time as her. She encouraged me to reach my dreams of becoming a homeowner and I cannot thank her enough! You can tell she really truly cares by her responsiveness and her ability to listen to exactly what you want, and now we have even become friends! A true gem in the world of real estate. Cannot recommend her enough!!! Julianna is super responsive and caring, and only wants to help you achieve your goals! Not to mention extremely professional, with a hint of personality that you cannot help but relate to. 10/10!
